Splash water tests are indispensable in many industries for verifying the quality, safety, and durability of products. They simulate real-world environmental conditions such as rain, splashing water, or high-pressure cleaning and show whether housings, seals, and components are reliably protected. Standards such as DIN EN 60529 or ISO 20653 form the basis for these tests, which are not only crucial for certification but also help to avoid failures, complaints, and costs.
Our splash water and water jet test chambers enable you to perform IP protection class tests from IPX1 to IPX9K in accordance with all common standards. Whether splash water testing, water jet testing, or continuous operation—the test chambers deliver practical, reproducible results and are therefore ideal for validating your products in development, quality assurance, and approval.
Efficient and flexible testing in accordance with standards
The basic components of our test chambers consist of a closed test room, a turntable for holding the test specimen, and equipment for IPX3 and IPX4 tests. Standardized parameter sets are already stored and facilitate operation; alternatively, you can create, save, and run your own programs for maximum flexibility.
In addition to compact test cabinets, we also offer customized room solutions that are individually adapted to your test situation – from turntable size and test weight to peripherals. This means that even particularly large or heavy test specimens can be tested under realistic conditions. The result: fully automatic, reproducible, and standard-compliant IP tests, perfectly tailored to your requirements.
