Temperature shock test chamber
Extreme tests for reliable results
Our temperature shock test chambers simulate extreme temperature changes to realistically represent mechanical stress and accelerated aging processes. The change between two temperature zones takes less than ten seconds and reliably reveals weak points and potential for optimization.
Maximum efficiency in temperature shock testing
For uninterrupted test series, we offer test chambers with integrated compressed air dryers. This system enables high cycle counts, as there is no need to defrost the evaporator in the cold chamber. The dried compressed air dehumidifies the test chamber in a targeted manner, so that no air humidity condenses when changing the elevator car and performance remains consistently high.
Technical variants and highlights
- 2-chamber temperature shock test chambers: enable extremely fast temperature changes, resulting in the highest temperature change gradients on the test specimen. The integrated compressed air dryer system allows up to 3,000 test cycles without defrosting.
- 1-chamber temperature shock test chambers: offer more test space volume for large or bulky test specimens.
This allows tests to be flexibly adapted to your test specimen sizes and test requirements—for your research and development.
