Modern industrial continuous furnaces from WKM are fully automatically controllable. All parameters – temperature control, dwell times, conveyor speed, and cooling sections – are precisely regulated and monitored. This ensures consistent quality, reduces personnel costs, and increases productivity.
During the process, the workpieces move automatically through the furnace and are brought to exactly the required temperature. A specially designed inlet and outlet construction reduces heat loss, ensures high energy efficiency, and lowers operating costs in the long term.
